Cancellation Policy

VECTOR DRIVING SCHOOL – CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Booking Deposit
   • A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking
   • The £20 deposit will be credited towards your first lesson
2. Cancellation Notice Required
   • Students must provide at least 3 working days notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson
   • Notice must be given in writing (email, phone, or WhatsApp)
3. Cancellations with 3+ Working Days Notice
   • The £20 deposit is credited towards your first lesson
   • No lesson fee charged
4. Cancellations with LESS than 3 Working Days Notice
   • The £20 deposit is FORFEITED (non-refundable)
   • The lesson fee is also charged
   • No credit or refund given
5. Rescheduling
   • Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 3 working days in advance
